The Taylor Lofts is a condo project by Streetcar Developments located at 1220 Dundas Street East in Leslieville.

The modernistic leanings of The Taylor are most evident in its entrance, where the double-height lobby creates a view terminus for the end of the Boston Avenue at Dundas Street. A white metal decorative design element runs vertically above the entrance, but transitions to a horizontal canopy over the doors and enters the building as the lobby ceiling. The element's unique feature is its punched glass openings of varying levels of opacity, a wry nod to the unevenly painted windows of the older loft warehouses in the vicinity.
