155 Cumberland St is 7 storey's high and sits on top of a 14 storey office building. 155 Cumberland St condos has a total of 15 suites. Since the early 1960's a beautiful penthouse was the only residence above 130 Bloor Street West. This 2 storey 10,0000 sq ft penthouse was accessed by a discrete entrance on Cumberland St.

When 155 Cumberland Street was being constructed, the development team kept the 2 storey penthouse on floors 13 and 14, and built the other condos above and below it. Existing floors 11 and 12 were converted from office space into five condominium suites. Seven new levels, adding an additional nine suites, were also built above the original penthouse creating an irregular tower faced in limestone.

Residents of 155 Cumberland condos use a private entrance which opens to a luxurious lobby with two private express elevators. All suites feature large terraces or balconies and outdoor barbecuing is permitted. Ceiling heights are 11 feet and the penthouse and sub penthouse levels feature 12 foot ceiling heights. Interior finishes were done by builder Joe Brennan with suites having floor to ceiling unobstructed windows and radiant in-floor heating.
