  TOY FACTORY LOFTS   

The former Irwin toy factory built in 1926 is now the Toy Factory Lofts. These lofts built by Lanterra are located at 43 Hanna Ave in Liberty Village and have a total of 215 lofts. The exterior of was designed by Quadrangle Architects and the interior was designed by II by IV Designs. Parts of the original building were kept, which gives Toy Factory Lofts a warehouse feel; the brick walls, exposed concrete and beams are all part of the original structure.

The hard lofts were built to be spacious and to have a lot of natural light, they were also built with clean simple lines. No two lofts are alike at Toy Factory, all lofts have their own unique characteristics that set it apart from all others.
