Minto Westside is a located at 576 Front St West and 27 Bathurst St. Minto Westside has drastically transformed western Front Street. Although Minto Westside is only 20 storeys tall, the development has a significant foot print on account of the large size of the site, which features a one acre courtyard space around which the condos are built. The building has an architecturally bold design, which eschews the tower aesthetic in favour of something more akin to a campus.

576 Front St West condos redefines Bathurst and Front by paying homage to our neighbourhood’s history as Toronto’s original warehouse district. Wallman Architects have reinterpreted the architectural style of the area’s heritage buildings by playfully reimagining the characteristically large windows. As you walk by the intersection and look up to the structure of angled columns and brightly colours walls. The two wings of the building are arranged around the central W Courtyard sheltering the private outdoor amenity space. It’s a design that was inspired by European residential buildings and their enclosed outdoor spaces to provide residents with a retreat from the activity of the city. From the privacy of their recessed balcony, residents will look out into the private courtyard or admire the stunning Toronto skyline.
