68 Broadview Ave Loft - in 2003 the Sorbara Group converted it to loft style condominiums. The conversion added two extra levels, set back from the rest of the building and composed mostly of glass to minimize its impact. A similar addition was added at ground level along the eastern side of the building. The redesign of 68 Broadview Ave conserved many historic elements of the building, such as the cage elevators and a water tower on top of the roof.
The original warehouse floors were also preserved, giving each unit 12 foot ceilings. 68 Broadview Lofts has 52 units. Broadview Lofts offer true loft living with a mixture of design elements including exposed brick, polished concrete floors & wooden beams. The first five floors are a beautifully converted red brick building that is topped with 2 story glass walled penthouses with open concept floorplans and generous outdoor space.
The building features one of the east sides best party rooms on the penthouse level with southern lake and western city skyline views. Another added bonus of this building is the convenient outdoor visitor parking.
